Axial fan ensures failsafe cooling of inverters in photovoltaic systems
Axial fan PLB60

Axial fan PLB60 prevents critical temperatures

Power generated by solar energy plays a significant role in contributing to the energy transition. In order to use solar energy not only a solar cell is required but also an inverter. However, critical temperatures within the device must be avoided! Too high temperatures can under certain circumstances result in an immediate total failure which can be avoided by implementing a suitable thermal management. SEPA EUROPE’s popular axial fan PLB60 solves this problem. It is reliable, efficient and has a long service life.

The direct current in photovoltaic systems is converted to 230 V alternating current via an inverter. Inverters must have an intelligent cooling concept so that the service life of the appliance is not reduced. SEPA EUROPE’s failsafe axial fan PLB60 has proved its worth. Thanks to its compact design (60x60x25 mm) and light weight (34 g), the PLB60 allows precise positioning and thus effective cooling. The fan is equipped with ball bearings and has a service life of 350000 hours at a temperature of 40°C.

The axial fan can be customized. Parameters, e.g. size, tacho output, PWM input, operating voltage or connector assembly can be tailored to meet the customer’s requirements. It can be combined with various heat sinks. As specialists for customized electronics cooling, we take pleasure in presenting your individually tailored fan solution.
