The senior leadership of SEPA EUROPE GmbH will be boosted by the addition of the 38 year old graduate engineer Robert Cap who was appointed on 15.09. as Managing Director with sole power of representation. Thus by the rule of succession, the former Sales Manager of the company is now in charge of administrative tasks.

He laid the foundation for his vocational competence by acquiring his engineering
degree in the field of precision engineering at the University of Applied Sciences,
Furtwangen. Robert Cap gained vital experience over several years in the Technical Sales and Distribution Department of OWIS GmbH in Staufen, as well as at miCos GmbH in Eschbach. Not only the special project planning for customers but also
research work and tasks in quality assurance were particular challenges that he took on in the years prior to joining the family business. Heinrich Cap, the founder of the company, remains in his position as Managing Director but will in future concentrate foremost on special assignments.
