Fans for lighting technology products from SEPA EUROPE<\/strong><\/p>\n

LED technology is renowned for its high light output and comparatively low energy consumption. Stable light colour and high lifespan are unbeatable advantages that complement the low energy demand of this technology. However, although the superiority of LED and OLED with regard to energy efficiency virtually comes automatically, considerable investments must be made in thermal management to meet the demands on the colour values and the service life. Only well cooled diodes live up to their reputation.<\/p>\n

Thermal management applied in lighting technology comprises various methods of dissipating unwanted heat. Passive methods are often inadequate, particularly with regard to high-performance LEDs or in compact designs where the space available for large heat sinks is limited. Work lights\/outdoor lighting<\/strong>
LED technology has established itself worldwide as a standard for outdoor work lights \u2013 and for very good reasons. Compared to conventional light sources, LED lamps provide numerous advantages that have a positive effect on efficiency, costs and the environment.<\/p>

LED work lights, however, generate a lot of heat when used outdoors. Effective cooling is a decisive factor for maximizing the service life and efficiency of the electronics. This is where our specially developed active fan solutions (twice) come into play that are targeted at the needs of electronics cooling in these applications.<\/p>

The demands on the fan for cooling work lights is extremely high. The KA1725HA2BMT<\/strong><\/span><\/a> axial fan is ideally suited to meet these demands. It is compact, powerful, reliable and operates over a wide temperature range (-40\u00b0C to 85\u00b0C). The housing and the rotor blades are manufactured from a high-quality magnesium alloy with good heat dissipation characteristics. The high-quality materials play a key role when it comes to durability and efficiency. AC fans are available in the sizes 60 to 280 mm and have a solid double ball bearing. This SEPA EUROPE series naturally features the protection rating IP55.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Industrial lighting<\/strong>
The change-over to LEDs has many advantages for industrial applications: from enormous energy and cost savings to improved safety conditions and a higher environmental friendliness, LEDs, provide reliable, flexible and sustainable lighting that meets the requirements of factories, warehouses, production plants and other industrial facilities and ultimately optimizes the productivity in these environments.<\/p>

Despite the high light output per watt, LEDs nevertheless still convert 80 percent of the absorbed power into heat that then has to be dissipated by cooling. By using fans, the temperature can be maintained within an optimal range which in turn improves both the performance and the service life. The LF40P<\/strong><\/span><\/a> axial fan has proved to be the ideal solution for this purpose. Despite its compact construction, it has a remarkable air capacity. The virtually linear fan curve and the low current consumption make it ideal for a wide variety of uses. The fan is protected against polarity reversal, blocking and thermal overloading which makes it highly durable. Thanks to the light-weight rotor it is furthermore extremely shock and vibration resistant.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

UV-Light
<\/strong>LED technology has not only proven its value as far as lighting is concerned but it also offers enormous advantages in industrial applications, in particular in adhesive hardening systems. LEDs can also create UV-light in precisely defined wave lengths which enables a precise and uniform hardening of the materials. Contrary to conventional UV-lamps that emit a wide spectrum of UV-light, LED systems can supply the exact wave length that is ideal for the adhesive or hardening solution. This means shorter hardening times and higher productivity.<\/p>

Although LEDs are more energy-efficient than conventional light sources, they nevertheless generate heat, in particular during intensive continuous operation as is required in industrial hardening processes and this heat must be dissipated. Our LF40P<\/strong><\/span><\/a> axial fan prevents the components from overheating and reduces the risk of performance degradation or failures. The new distinctive fan blades have clear benefits as far as performance and noise are concerned.\u00a0In this context LF stands for laminated fan and describes the motor construction with stator lamination. This enables the fan to operate highly effectively while still saving weight. Compared to its predecessor, this model was optimized by considerably reducing the material for the rotor and frame. The new rotor blades are thinner, have characteristic cuts and are therefore more efficient. A further advantage of material savings is the weight. The LF40P fan weighs only 12 g. This is of particular importance for small, mobile appliances that should not become heavier due to active cooling.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Stage and studio lighting
<\/strong>LED technology has brought about a major transformation in stage and studio lighting. Whether for theatre performances, concerts, in TV studios or on film sets, LEDs offer countless benefits that have a direct effect on creativity, efficiency and flexibility in these sophisticated fields of work. LED lighting systems offer a virtually endless variety of colours and effects. LEDs are renowned for their low energy consumption which makes them particularly attractive for stages and studios where the lighting is often on for many hours.<\/p>

Stage and studio lighting requires active fan cooling to ensure the service life of the LEDs and the electronics. They also keep the light quality stable and ensure an efficient and trouble-free performance during long operating hours. For this purpose SEPA EUROPE offers a special flat and low-noise fan, e.g. the HY52A05<\/strong><\/span><\/a> radial fan. This high-performance fan functions dependably for many years thanks to its reliable Magfix\u00ae sleeve bearing which ensures it a service life expectancy (MTBF) of 210000 h at 40\u00b0C. Automotive lighting
<\/strong>LEDs have become a preferred standard in automotive lighting due to their numerous advantages compared to conventional halogen or xenon lamps. Whether headlights, rear lights or interior lighting \u2013 LED technology brings decisive improvements that make vehicles safer, more efficient and at the same time more stylish. Active fan cooling enables the size of the light sources to be reduced as voluminous passive cooling solutions can be renounced on. This is especially important for applications where saving space and design flexibility are essential. The HZ30<\/strong><\/span><\/a> chip cooler was developed for this particular application. With its low weight, flat design and simple mounting it sets standards without making concessions regarding the cooling performance.<\/p>

The HZ30B active cooler is an innovative solution as the high-performance MF17B05 RaAxial fan simply sits flush-mounted in an aluminium pin block heat sink instead of sitting on the surface. This construction method enables a remarkably low overall height of 8 mm. Even the cooling performance speaks for itself as the pins are offset so that the air flow is more effective. The thermal resistance of only 4.7 K\/W impressively demonstrates this.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
